CloseThe Protone Icon helmet from Kask is the evolution of the Protone, a helmet that is so popular for its lightness and ventilation. Numerous improvements have been made, including the addition of the latest technologies in safety, ventilation and aerodynamics.
Among them is the Aero Control, a shell designed to reduce air drag. In addition to aerodynamic efficiency, its vents let air escape to the back, keeping your head cool.
The OCTOFIT+ adjustment system is a snap to adjust and has a vertical neck stabilizer for added support, comfort and stability. The knob is rubberized for ease of use and has a reflective insert for visibility.
The CoolMax® fiber pads are comfortable, quick-drying, removable and washable. The same goes for the chinstrap, which is made of leatherette, known for its hypoallergenic properties.
Finally, the Protone Icon was made following the protocol developed by KASK: the WG11. This is a scientific approach to measuring resistance to rotational impact. Like MIPS technology, the helmet's structure has been reinforced to protect against impact and increase its robustness.
